Daniel Baiamonte

The founder of Baiamonte Fire Protection Plan Review Services, brings over 20 years of experience in fire protection, life safety, and code compliance. As a Georgia State Certified Fire Inspector, NFPA Certified Fire Plans Examiner, National Professional Qualifications Inspector, and Georgia State Certified Fire Educator, Daniel provides expert plan reviews, inspections, and guidance rooted in NFPA and IBC standards. His work helps clients understand complex requirements, ensure compliance, and avoid unnecessary fire protection costs.

Daniel is recognized statewide for his leadership in shaping Georgia’s building and fire codes. Recommended by both former and current Georgia State Fire Marshals, he has served on the 2020 and 2025 State Codes Advisory Committee, multiple International Building Code subcommittees, and the 2024 International Fuel and Gas Code Task Force as Chairman. His involvement in these influential roles keeps him at the forefront of evolving standards, allowing him to bring unmatched insight and clarity to every project he supports.
